HI!
My name is Amari (pronounced: Am-Uh-Ree). I am in my 4th year here at UT, I am also born and raised! I am majoring in digital communications, wanting to go it graphic design. I would say I am a pretty creative person, considering my major. However, I also have been a Nail Technician for almost 4 years, which a lot of my art skills do come from that.
I have changed my major about 3 times, which is crazy I know, but I am glad I took the time to realize what I really enjoy doing. As my forever job will be exciting to me. Although I love doing nails, and have a pretty good clientele, I do not want to do pursue nails forever. I would loved to work in logo making and website designing with graphic design major.
Unfortunately I do not have much work that I have created for myself , but I do have some edited pictures that I have done (The photo above). Hopefully this class can jump that creative mind for me. I am pretty excited for this class! I have mostly online classes, but I love that this seems like a very hands on class and excited to work with everyone!
